Description
Vodianytsia is part of the Anima Collection by RUDA Studio and BLACKWOOD Atelier.
The bag combines a carved wooden structure with natural leather and intricate rye-straw marquetry. The straw is dyed and prepared by hand, then cut into fine pieces and individually inlaid into the wood to create the graphic surface. Once complete, the composition is set beneath transparent jewellery resin, which protects the delicate inlay and brings out the straw’s natural depth and changing reflection.
Every element is worked by hand — from preparing and inlaying the straw to shaping the wood, finishing the leather, and assembling the final piece.
